I'm going to make what many citizens will consider an outlandish statement, but the evidence is in plain sight and available to anyone who is willing to look at it:
The government of the United States is no longer of, by, or for The People; the US Constitution has been suspended; the mainstream media is no longer a free press; and most governmental institutions are being remade into institutions that no longer serve the interests of the general population.
Suspension of the Constitution of the United States:
Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution: "The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it." The Writ is suspended and has been for some time now although public safety does not require it. The decision to suspend Habeas Corpus is now determined in secret, is unreviewable and unassailable as the Executive Branch dictates.
Under the Patriot Act, citizens have been charged and prosecuted for committing crimes without even being told what the crime is, who is accusing them, or what the evidence is against them. Anyone opposing the government can be accused under the Act and many have been. This makes it impossible for citizens so charged to get a fair trial. In fact, an accused citizen is no longer guaranteed a speedy public trial in front of a jury of their peers. Citizens are being deprived of life, liberty, and/or property without due process of law. The 6th Amendment to the Constitution is suspended.
Citizens no longer have a guaranteed right to peacefully assemble and petition the Government for a redress of grievances unless they do it in a "free speech zone." The 1st Amendment to the Constitution is suspended.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures is no longer in effect. In fact, that right is probably being violated against every citizen who uses a phone or computer. The 4th Amendment to the Constitution is suspended.
Cruel and unusual punishments are carried out every day in prisons inside the United States and in black sites outside the country. The 8th Amendment to the Constitution is suspended.
Powers reserved by the People under Amendment 10 of the Constitution are being exercised by unidentified persons who did not acquire them through any legitimate process. The 10th Amendment is suspended.
The Supreme Court has affirmed that corporations have the same rights as citizens and yet corporations and citizens are not afforded equal protection under the law. Employees of corporations who commit crimes regularly avoid imprisonment when those corporations are found guilty, while persons who are not agents of corporations go to prison for the same crime. Corporations pay money as punishment for their crimes, ordinary citizens pay with their time or their lives. More often than not, the crimes committed by corporations (i.e., employees of corporations) are infinitely more egregious. Note: corporations don't commit crimes, only people do.
The rules of the Senate and the House of Representatives give some members significantly more power to amend law than other members, thereby generally denying citizens equal representation (i.e., equal protection) under the law.
While hundreds of thousands of people have top secret clearance, members of Congress and the Supreme Court do not. Those who have oversight responsibility for insuring the integrity of government processes cannot do their job because they can't penetrate the secrecy. This makes it possible for the courts and governmental agencies to avoid effective oversight, allowing them to operate without integrity. Separation of powers between the three branches of government no longer protects against widespread fraud, abuse, and injustice. In addition to that, Congress members operate in a culture corrupted by money, which they appear unwilling or powerless to reform.
Article 1, Section 8, paragraph 11 states that only Congress is authorized to declare war, but our military is regularly engaged in actions without public debate or formal consent by Congress. This allows the Executive branch to unilaterally commit the nation to military conflict. Congress has abdicated its power to do anything more than rubber stamp Executive branch decisions.
Article 2, Section 1: Paragraph 8: Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Previous Presidents and now the current President no longer honor their oath of office. It is illegal even for Presidents to kill citizens without due process of law, but ours did.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. The President, many appointees and members of Congress are guilty of treason, bribery, and/or high crimes and misdemeanors, but no institution any longer has the moral authority or the stomach to investigate those crimes, try the guilty parties, or remove them from office.
Article 6 Paragraph 2 - The US government no longer honors or abides by its international agreements and commitments. It regularly commits war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against peace, adding to human suffering around the world without accountability.
Taken as a whole, what I have outlined in the paragraphs above shows that our Constitution is suspended and the evidence available to those willing to look for it is immense. The mainstream media are blackmailed into subservience lest they lose their access to high level officials and/or their broadcast licenses.
Here's just one example that demonstrates that the United States is no longer a working democracy: Our government told us that the Twin Towers and Building 7 which collapsed on 9/11, collapsed because of fire, making it the first time ever in history that any steel high rise building collapsed because of fire, let alone collapsed symmetrically, at freefall speed, onto their own footprint. But on 9/11, we are told that such an amazing anomaly did happen, not only to one building but to three even though only two were hit by airplanes. Any serious review of the evidence available leads one to the conclusion that the collapse of those three buildings on 9/11 was not due to airplane crashes or fire, but to controlled demolition... a premeditated inside job, a false flag event, designed to open the way for the US to invade Iraq and other countries in the Middle East, to rob those people of their oil and gas resources, to increase the power of our security institutions to control and dominate US citizens, for a number of other geopolitical reasons, and to make sure those countries will never have the ability to retaliate against us for the crimes committed against them. I don't believe any other conclusion is likely or possible given the evidence available. This means that the crimes committed by our government following 9/11 were acts of treason and that treason now encompasses many additional crimes designed to cover up prior crimes and to protect the widening class of people who are now at minimum guilty of being accessories-after-the-fact, which inspires even more crimes all leading to the transfer of power of our nation from We the People to a cabal of persons who are committed to ruling the nation and perhaps the world for their own purposes, the least of which is to avoid accountability for all the crimes they've committed.
These people are now playing Russian Roulette with Russia. If they lose, we all lose. Life for humans on planet Earth might end before you even decide to look into what I'm talking about. We have essentially threatened Russia with a first strike attack. Now what?
And the lies and the crimes continue because so many citizens are unwilling and/or are too afraid to look at the truth, to acknowledge the truth, and to communicate the truth to their fellow human beings and especially to those you would think they love and would want to protect the most. One reason that you might not accept my findings is that in your immediate environment, life today perhaps doesn't seem much different than it always has been. But while life hasn't changed for you, it already has for millions of others... and logic would suggest... that it's only a matter of time... before we're next.
What can we do about it? We can inform ourselves as to what's going on now that you've been advised what to look for. But don't just believe me. Do your own research and then share what you find out with others. Once a critical mass of citizens understands what's happening to them, only then will we have an opportunity to do something about it.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a roadmap for encouraging all of humanity to become one community bound together by common values that celebrate freedom, decency, respect and love. Maybe you should read it while you still have the chance.
As for the United Nations, which sponsored the Declaration... today it is an organization that doesn't and can't work as it was intended. Neither does our government. Both institutions can be improved only through the work and dedication of honorable citizens who have a vision, intention, and commitment for achieving universal peace and justice.
God is real, not a myth. God is closer to you than your own breath.
